When are the typical deadlines for theatre forms?
Deadlines vary by activity. Audition forms are typically due 24 hours before the first day of auditions. Trip and parent forms have specific dates listed on the form itself and in our weekly newsletter.
How do I confirm my form was successfully submitted?
Upon hitting submit on a Google Form, you should receive an automated confirmation email from Google. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder before reaching out.
Can I edit my responses after submitting?
Most of our forms allow editing via the link provided in your confirmation email. If the form is locked, please contact the specific director or volunteer coordinator for that event.
What if a form link is not working?
Please ensure you are signed into your student or GHS-affiliated Google account. If access is still denied, it may mean the deadline has passed or the form is temporarily offline for maintenance.
Are paper copies of these forms available?
In our effort to be sustainable and efficient, we prefer digital submissions. However, if you lack reliable internet access, please reach out to a Troupe Officer for assistance with a paper alternative. There may be certain instances that paper forms will be required.
